Wi-Fi Studio Beta Agreement
This agreement is between you and The Connection Group LTD, trading as The WiFi Connection, a company registered in the Isle of Man (no. 137929C), registered office 35 Market Street, Douglas, IM1 2PE ("we", "us"). By ticking the box, you accept it.
1. The beta
Wi-Fi Studio is pre-release software that we are still building. We give you free access during the beta so you can try it and tell us what you think. Access is personal to you. Please don't share your sign-in with anyone else.
2. Keep it confidential
Treat the product and everything we share about it as confidential. That covers features, designs, screens, guides, pricing, plans, release dates and anything we tell you about the roadmap. Don't publish, post, demo or share it with anyone without our written permission. That includes screenshots, recordings, reviews and comparisons.
3. What isn't confidential
Clause 2 doesn't cover information that is already public (unless you made it public), that you already knew or received lawfully from someone else, or that the law or a court requires you to disclose. If you're required to disclose it, please tell us first if you're allowed to.
4. Feedback
We'd like you to report bugs and tell us what works and what doesn't. You can send feedback through the app or to support@thewificonnection.com. We can use any feedback you give us to improve our products, without paying you or owing you anything for it.
5. Your data
Your projects, floor plans and survey data stay yours. We use them only to run the service, support you and fix problems, as described in our Privacy Notice. Because this is a beta, please keep your own copies of anything important.
6. Provided as-is
The beta may contain errors, may change or lose data, and may be unavailable at times. It is provided "as is" without any warranty. Don't rely on it as your only tool for work that affects safety, compliance or a client deliverable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta.
7. Changes and ending
We can change the beta, this agreement or your access, or end the beta, at any time. Either of us can end your participation at any time by telling the other. When it ends, please stop using the beta and delete any confidential material we gave you. Clause 2 continues for 12 months after your participation ends.
